Dacor, Inc. Defective Ranges, Ovens, and Refrigerators – Class Action Investigation

Dacor, Inc. Defective Ranges, Ovens, and Refrigerators – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating numerous reports that a number of Dacor model ovens, ranges, and refrigerators suffer from a variety of defects.  Countless consumer reports and complaints allege problems with various components and parts of Dacor’s appliances. These problems include faulty oven hinges, trimming around knobs breaking, faulty heating elements, faulty electrical components (control/membrane panel, circuit boards, etc.), among other issues. A number of reports indicate that consumers are being denied warranty claims by Dacor and are forced to pay for repairs out of pocket. These repairs can cost consumers hundreds of dollars or more.

Dacor’s reportedly faulty products and the company’s response to consumer complaints may be in violation of state and federal consumer protection laws as well as warranty and other contract laws.  If you have purchased an appliance from Dacor, Inc. and have experienced any of the above or other issues, please contact the attorneys below.
