CVS Pharmacy Technicians Denied Meal & Rest Breaks – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action related to reports that CVS pharmacy technicians are not being given proper meal and rest breaks in violation of certain state employee protection laws. Specifically, CVS pharmacy technicians, who are non-exempt works,  have reported that they are often under intense pressure to skip or forego rest or meal breaks due to pharmacy being short-staffed and impossibility to keep up with demand otherwise.

If you are a current or former employee of CVS pharmacy who had to skip meal and rest breaks, please fill-out the form below.
