Cub Cadet Riding Lawnmower Electrical/Battery – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to reports that Cub Cadet Riding Lawnmowers suffer from possible electrical and battery system defects.  Consumers report that the Ultima ZT1 42 in. 56-Volt MAX 60 Ah Battery Lithium-Ion Electric Drive Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower and the XT1 Enduro LT 42 in. 56-Volt MAX 60 Ah Battery Lithium-Ion Electric Drive Cordless Riding Lawn Tractor can suffer from electrical and battery problems including failure to charge, lower than expected battery life, error codes, and electrical failures.  Consumers also report issues when they contact Cub Cadet’s customer service including a long backorder for replacement parts and no available service technicians or centers.
