CSK&D Files Proposed Settlement with MSG Networks for $48.5 Million

On May 18, 2023, Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (“CSK&D”) and its co-counsel filed a proposed class action settlement with MSG Networks, Inc (“MSGN”) relating to claims alleging breaches of fiduciary duty arising out of MSGN’s merger with Madison Garden Entertainment Corp. (“MSGE”) in 2021. A hearing for final approval of the proposed settlement by the Delaware Court of Chancery will be scheduled for August 2023.
