Court Appoints CSK&D Partner Ben Johns and Associate Andy Ferich Interim Co-Lead Counsel in X-Box Drift Litigation

On September 22, 2020, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington issued an Order granting Plaintiffs’ motion to appoint CSK&D attorneys Ben Johns and Andy Ferich, along with their co-counsel at Migliaccio & Rathod LLP, as interim co-lead counsel in a putative class action lawsuit concerning Microsoft’s Xbox controllers. The consumers in this lawsuit allege that the Xbox controllers suffer from a design defect which results in “drifting” during gameplay – something which, the plaintiffs allege, significantly interferes with gameplay. Plaintiffs will be filing an amended complaint on October 2, 2020.
