Costco Tiffany Engagement Ring – Potential Class Action Investigation

Costco Tiffany Engagement Ring – Potential Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased jewelry labeled as “Tiffany” jewelry from Costco Wholesale Corp. (“Costco”). According to a federal lawsuit by Tiffany & Co. against Costco, Costco allegedly sold diamond engagement rings falsely identified on in-store signage as “Tiffany” rings. However, Costco is not authorized to sell Tiffany & Co. jewelry and was not authorized to sell jewelry using the Tiffany brand.

If you purchased or own jewelry labelled as “Tiffany” from Costco, please contact us below.
