Chevrolet Silverado Air Conditioning Defect – Potential Class Action

Chevrolet Silverado Air Conditioning Defect – Potential Class Action

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against General Motors related to an alleged defect affecting the air conditioner in 2014 model Chevrolet Silverados. Numerous consumers have reported that the A/C in these vehicles will abruptly stop working and blow warm air into the cabin. It has been reported that the problem may stem from a defect in a metal component contained in one of the air conditioner hoses. Several consumers have reported being required to pay for expensive repairs, even while the vehicle is still in warranty. Still others have claimed that the problem occurs again even after these repairs are made.

If you own or lease a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and have experienced the air conditioning problem described above, please contact us to discuss this investigation.
