Carnival Cruise Data Breach Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential class action related an announcement by Carnival that the personal information of guests and employees on its Carnival Cruise, Holland America and Princess Cruises lines may have been exposed in a recent data breach. According to its investigation, “unauthorized third-party access to certain personal information relating to some guests, employees and crew and medical operations” on the three cruise lines. The breach may have exposed Social Security numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth, addresses and health information.
