Capital One Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a report on July 29, 2019 that a hacker had gained access to the personal information of 100 million Capital One Financial Corp. customers. Specifically, the names, addresses, dates of birth, and credit histories may have been exposed by this breach. Further, the breach may have also compromised the Social Security numbers of approximately 140,000 customers and the bank account numbers for approximately 80,000 Capital One credit card users.
