Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential data breach class action lawsuit against Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office following recent news of an alleged data breach  involving the possible theft of sensitive information. In a statement from the DA’s office, it states that it discovered this data breach on October 25, 2021. Its review determined that identifying information may have been impacted.
