Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Headphones – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (CSK&D) is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Bose relating to alleged Bluetooth connectivity issues and signal dropping on the left earbud on Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Headphones.  Numerous reports by customers complain that the audio connection via Bluetooth to the left earbud frequently drops out.  This malfunction reportedly manifests even in brand new headphones according to consumer complaints.  Reports indicate that when frustrated consumers attempt to contact Bose to complain about or seek a fix for the issue,  they receive a range of responses including troubleshooting tips and Bose sending a replacement pair of headphones which often have the same issues.  Customers also report that Bose knows of this issue but that there is nothing that can be done for the time being.  The result of this alleged issue is that consumers experience frequent dropping of audio in their left earbud.
