BMW Assist – Potential Class Action Lawsuit

BMW Assist – Potential Class Action Lawsuit

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against BMW related to its announcement that at the end of 2016 it would stop supporting the BMW Assist feature in BMWs sold prior to 2014. BMW Assist is a feature that includes Emergency Calling (SOS), MyInfo (Send to Car), Remote Door Unlock, My BMW Remote app, Stolen Vehicle Recovery, TeleService, Concierge, and other services. BMW Assist was reportedly disabled because of a change in the “underlying communication technology.”

If you had a BMW Assist subscription in a vehicle where the feature is no longer supported, please contact the attorneys below about this investigation.
