BluePrint Cleanse False Advertising – Class Action Investigation

BluePrint Cleanse False Advertising – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating a potential class action lawsuit relating to falsely advertised health benefits of the BluePrint Cleanse (“BluePrint”) line of cleansing juice programs. BluePrint – owned by or a subsidiary of Hain Celestial Group – sells juice “cleanse” programs or regimens and allegedly advertises these regimens or cleanses as capable of eliminating bodily toxins and cleansing blood. Reports indicate that BluePrint’s claims about the health benefits of its products may be false, in violation of state or federal consumer laws.
