Better Brella Pricing – Class Action Investigation

Better Brella Pricing – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased a Better Brella and were charged additional fees for the advertised two umbrellas priced at $29.99 on the company’s infomercials for the product. It has been reported that consumers who ordered these umbrellas with reverse open/close technology after seeing the advertised “buy one, get one free” deal were faced with an additional shipping charge of $6.95 along with a separate fee of approximately ten dollars for the second “free” umbrella. Additionally, the ads also touted any model of the Better Brella umbrella as withstanding winds of 24 mph or more, even though only the deluxe model of the product that costs an additional ten dollars over the standard model has that promoted capability.

If you have purchased a Better Brella after seeing ads for the product and were confronted with additional costs on top of what was advertised, please contact the attorneys below.
