Automobile Exploding Sunroof Defect – Class Action Investigation

Automobile Exploding Sunroof Defect – Class Action Investigation

C&T is investigating reports of exploding sunroofs in vehicles manufactured by multiple automobile makers. Specifically, we are investigating reports that owners and lessees of certain automobiles experience sudden explosions in vehicle sunroofs, including mid-drive. The cause of this issue may be related to defects in the sunroof glass, overheating of tinted sunroofs, and build-up of pressure due to different conditions on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

Among the manufacturers whose automobiles C&T is investigating are:

  •  Kia;
  • Hyundai;
  • Volvo;
  • Honda;
  • Mazda;
  • Cadillac;
  • Chrysler; and
  • Ford.

If you are an owner or lessee of an automobile that has experienced a sunroof explosion, please contact us below.
