Aramark Manager Annual Bonus Class Action

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (CSK&D) has filed a class action case against Aramark Corp alleging Aramark had reneged on its promise to pay bonuses to certain managers in 2018.  Specifically, the Company has long abided by a tradition of publishing bonus plans yearly for different management career tiers. However, managers in the four lowest tiers of the Company’s tiered management structures, who were eligible for annual bonuses, were allegedly not paid these bonuses in 2018, in spite of the fact that the Company saw record profits for the 2018 fiscal year.
