iPhone 16 Apple Intelligence False Advertising – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating potential class action claims against Apple for falsely advertising Apple Intelligence (“AI”) capabilities of the iPhone 16. In connection with the launch of the iPhone 16, Apple heavily advertised the AI capabilities of its new phone, including a new AI-enhanced Siri functionality. Many of the advertised functions did not actually exist, however, and still do not exist, and Apple recently announced that AI enhancements to Siri may not be available until 2026. Apple has recently pulled some of its advertising of these features. CSKD is investigating potential class action claims on behalf of consumers who purchased iPhone 16’s based on false advertising.
