Amanda L. Roy

Amanda Roy joined the Wilmington Office of Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (“CSK&D”) in May of 2022. She received her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. While in college, Amanda played on the Women’s Soccer Team and earned All-American Honorable Mention, All-Academic Team, and All-Conference Team awards. Amanda is currently enrolled at Widener University Delaware Law School where she is pursuing a law degree. Her past work experience includes working as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at a law firm in Wilmington, Delaware where she assisted with Business Transactions and Trust and Estate planning, as well as Fiduciary Litigation and Corporate and Commercial Litigation. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog, and hanging out with friends.

At CSK&D, Amanda’s responsibilities as a Paralegal include assisting the Firm’s attorneys on all aspects of litigation including pre-claim investigation, gathering and organizing documents and evidence, subpoena preparation, deposition preparation assistance, and e-filing; and researching factual and legal issues pertaining to the Firm’s current cases.
