Abella Mayfair Anti-Aging Skin Products – Class Action Investigation

Abella Mayfair Anti-Aging Skin Products – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis LLP (“C&T”) is investigating a number of lawsuits against anti-aging and other skin products maker Abella Mayfair following numerous recent reports that Abella Mayfair may engage in deceptive and unfair business practices and that its products cause rashes.

Consumers are reporting that Abella Mayfair may engage in a bait and switch scheme by which it offers its anti-wrinkle, anti-aging, and other products on a “trial” basis for only a small shipping fee, but fails to clearly disclose when checking out online that these products are not free and that consumers will be charged for their “trial”. C&T is also investigating reports that Abella Mayfair continues to bill consumers for its products even after consumers demand a cancellation and that Abella Mayfair stop charging their credit cards. C&T is investigating whether these practices constitute unfair and deceptive business practices and fraudulent billing methods in violation of state and federal law.

Finally, C&T is also investigating a number of allegations that Abella Mayfair’s products cause skin rashes and other negative reactions in consumers who use these products.
