2021 Subaru Impreza Control Arm Recall  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Subaru related to a recent recall related to defective front left lower control arms on 2021 Subaru Impreza vehicles. Specifically, the front lower control arm can separate from the crossmember. Even a partial separation can cause the tire to make contact with the wheel well. Subaru has advised owners to stop driving their vehicles until a dealership can inspect the lower control arms and determine if it needs to be replaced.

If you are the owner of a 2021 Subaru Impreza vehicle subject to this recall and/or have had control arm related problems, please contact the attorneys listed below.
