2020-2021 Subaru Outback & Subaru Legacy Infotainment System Problems – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (“CSK&D”) is investigating reports that recent Subaru vehicles have alleged defects with the infotainment systems. Specifically, 2020 Subaru Outback, 2020 Subaru Legacy, 2021 Subaru Outback, and 2021 Subaru Legacy vehicles have infotainment systems that may suffer from a variety of problems, including but not limited to radio and/or navigation system shutting off unexpectedly, media controls stop working, and/or smartphones fail to connect to the infotainment system successfully via the CarPlay app.
