CSK&D is investigating numerous reports that owners and lessees of 2019 Honda CR-V vehicles experience premature dead batteries, sometimes as soon as weeks into ownership or leasing the vehicles.  When this occurs, consumers are reportedly forced to pay for towing costs and reports indicate that, although the dead battery should be covered under warranty, Honda often is unable to diagnose or confirm any issue and opts not to make any repair or replacement.
