Wen Hair Care Products – Refund Policy – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action on behalf of individuals who have purchased Wen hair care products.  It has been reported that Wen advertises an initial 30-day supply of its hair care system for $29.99.  Wen may not adequately disclose to consumers that, at the time of purchase, they will be automatically enrolled in a program where they will be continuously charged for future Wen hair care products without requesting such.  Consumers who wish to cancel their enrollment in this automatic program may face a very difficult time.  Those customers who are unsatisfied with Wen hair care products are told to return the items for a refund upon Wen’s receipt of the products.  Some individuals have reported that Wen has claimed it did not receive the returned products and thereby refused to refund customer charges.
