Investigation Chimicles & Tikellis is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against organizations that sell and issue prepaid debit cards to consumers. Some of these prepaid debit cards fail to adequately disclose to consumers the many fees they will incur, including fees for A.T.M. withdrawals, purchases, calling customer service, “convenience fees”, inactivity fees, and exceeding the amount of cash loaded onto the card.
